camel Escapes

A camel escaped from a Southern California enclosed place.  It escaped at 8:30am and was chasing people all day and a 72 year old man got stomped on my it in attempt to capture it.  It then started chasing cars.  The man who tried to capture it cornered the animal, it then charged him and then bit him on the head and the walked over him.  A neighbor then game out and got the camel off of the old man.  He was put in the hospital and had some gashes and needed stitches.  The helpful neighbor fed the camel a treat that calmed him down then he was captured.

Fisherman returns home

A fisherman from El Salvador returned home Tuesday and was barley able to speak.  He had been adrift at sea for almost a year.  In January he washed up on the marshal islands and he drank turtle blood and ate fish he caught with his bare hands.   He set sail on a shark fishing trip and was blown out so sea and washed up close to a year later 6,200 miles away from where he started. The 36 year old fisherman was so reluctant to be home and he could hardly speak once he landed in the capitols airport.

170 million year old rock

Two former boy scouts were hiking in Utah around this time last year and the toppled over a rock formation that was over 170 million years old.  Just last Friday the two scouts were charged with felony criminal mischief.  A video that was posted on youtube showed one of the boys dislodging a huge bolder while his friend filmed in event and laughed in the background. This all happened in Goblin Valley State Park.  The one man is charged with felony criminal chargers and then the other is charged with assisting the same charges.  Both men could be put in prison for up to 5 years in jail and a $5000 dollar fine.  Both men were stripped of their titles of "boy scouts of america."
